Sam H14 March 2024A friend from Queenstown was passing through, and her tyre went flat in front of our house. We were struggling to change it (the tyre was seized due to rust), and because she needed to get to Ashburton quickly, she called Tyre General. They showed up quickly, and the gentleman who was assisting was brilliant. First, he quickly removed the tyre (much to our chagrin after trying so hard). Then, he offered to put on the spare, commenting "we won't charge you for the call out, it's all good." My friend was very grateful for this, but worried a bit about driving all the way to Ashburton on the spare. He said "It's quiet back in the shop right now. Why don't you swing by? We should have you on your way in 10-15 minutes." He then went further and offered to take the damaged tyre with him right away, so they might begin repairing it while she made her way to the shop. His customer service was exceptional, in every sense of the word. Incredibly well done! Thanks, Tyre General!
